About Supa Rent

The business was formed by a father and son team who realised there was a ‘gap’ in the rental market.  A lot of estate agents rent properties and some deal with the lettings, but for many it comes far behind their main concern of selling properties to actually concentrate on the rental market.

The pair decided to do something about it and formed SUPA RENT; the company has successfully dealt with many lettings and has numerous properties on its books and always has tenants looking for properties.

All of our staff are fully conversant with all aspects of the rental market and all live locally which enables us to give accurate rental assessments and information on current rental conditions, together with excellent knowledge of transport, schools and other amenities.
